Q: The settings page tells me that my Xeroom licence has expired and I should contact Support to resolve this. What do I have to do?
A: When you renew the licence you have an option at checkout to renew the existing key which will require you to sign in to your account. If you don't do that or it is not checked then a new licence key will be automatically generated and emailed to you with the order completion email. Please just cut and paste this into Xeroom and hit Submit and it will authenticate.
If this doesn't happen for any reason please send your server IP address to us to investigate if there is any block on our server security and caching systems.
