How Do I Cancel my Licence Subscription?


Renewal Reminders - We send out 2 renewal reminders one a week before renewal and the other a day before, each email has a link to the order to pay.  If you haven't received these then please check your email (it is unlikely to be in your spam folder as we use authenticated Gmail to send) or check that they are not going to another email or person in your organisation.


Cancellation Process - Click on the link will ask you log in to your account where you will see the dashboard.  From here select the Subscriptions button and it will give you a list of all your subscriptions.  Select View to see the details and hit the cancel button.  The status then changes to "Pending Cancellation" and it can be reactivated any time up until the expiry of the current subscription.  At that point it changes to "Cancelled" and cannot be reactivated by you or us and you will receive a confirmation email at that time.  If you later want to use Xeroom then please just place a new order for a new subscription.


Auto Renewals - We no longer allow any autorenewals due to the hassle and time in dealing with them.  We also think it is clearer and cleaner for payments to be explicitly done to avoid any misunderstandings.


Lapsed Subscriptions - If you don't renew then your subscription will be left on hold status ie awaiting renewal, WE DO NOT RENEW FOR YOU AND NO PAYMENT CAN OR WILL BE TAKEN IF YOU DO NOTHING. If you require it to be activated at a later date then you can do so as normal.


Licence Grace Period - A comment in bold will appear in Xeroom settings once your licence has expired.  It will continue to work for a grace period of 7 days to allow time in case the relevant person in your organisation is away on holiday etc.  


Can I still send older orders if I renew late? - Yes you can simply tick the boxes on the order dashboard and do a bulk send to Xero.
