Q: My subscription has recently auto renewed but I don't need it any more. How do I cancel it?
A: Please open a ticket with your licence key in requesting a cancellation of your subscription and recent order (up to 2 weeks after payment has been made) and we will arrange a refund and cancel your subscription to ensure no future payments are requested. By default autorenewal is set to off on our subscriptions.
