Population of the Drop-Down Account lists
When Xeroom first connects to Xero it takes a list of all the account codes and descriptions from Xero and displays them in the relevant drop-down lists. Since Xero has different types of account eg revenue, expense, current asset etc these lists are restricted to the relevant type of account that can be used for that Xeroom setting/mapping.
If you see some accounts missing that should be there then check that the type is correct in Xero:
Note that Revenue and Sales are the same in Xero despite showing as different types. Try changing a type to Revenue to see if it shows up.
Refreshing the Drop-Down Account Lists
To force a refresh of the lists you need to Reauthorize your Xero connection from Xeroom. Click this button and then select "Continue with 1 Organisation". If this doesn't show then it means your connection is broken and needs to be reconnected by selecting the Xero organisation you wish to connect your website to - for further info please refer to the installation instructions - Xero connection https://support.xeroom.com/support/solutions/articles/77000535012-connecting-woocommerce-to-xero.
My accounts are still not showing
You can check the logs for your Xero app in the Xero developer centre for any errors on the refresh process. Also check you WooCommerce debug log for any errors https://support.xeroom.com/support/solutions/articles/77000535598-how-to-get-help-quickly
If after this you are still missing accounts then please contact us with logins to your website and Xero account using [email protected] as the user email.
